Equitable Education Experience is a nonprofit education consulting company dedicated to improving the equity education experience for all. Our focus is on building a more inclusive and accessible education system, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.
Mission: We believe that every child needs a tailored education that meets their needs and challenges them to grow through the use of community-based, project based learning. We provide students a learning space that creates equity and cultivates a joyful learning experience and gives back to their local community through the project based learning.

Dr. Tenika Holden-Flynn is a professional educator with more than a decade of experience. She began her career as a high school social studies teacher in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and has served as a school leader for elementary, middle, high schools, and adult education programs. Dr. Holden-Flynn focused on increasing students' English language arts and math proficiency rates by maximizing instructional time and providing strategic intervention. Dr. Holden-Flynn’s efforts have led students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels to increase their grade level proficiency by two years in one academic school year. She contributes her success to building strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and community partners.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Social Studies from Youngstown State University, a Master of Science in Educational Studies from Johns Hopkins University, and an Education Doctorate in Educational Administration and Policy from Howard University.

Mr. Anthony Williams is a passionate educator with over twenty years of experience in the field. He served as a science teacher and school leader. He spent 7 years founding and leading a nonprofit organization focused on providing STEAM based activities in before & after care, full day child care, private school, home school, and summer camp activities for youth ages 6 weeks old to 15 years old. He worked to help provide affordable care and educational activities to all but targeting those individuals and families in underserved populations.
He has received degrees from Hagerstown Community College, Shepherd University, and Walden University Online, and is pursuing a doctorate from Concordia University of Portland Online and Masters in Clinical Counseling from Walden University.
